精選2012年份，來自兩個單一地塊的「黑皮諾」與「慕尼耶」葡萄，經過36小時浸漬輕壓，釀造保留葡萄原始風味的粉紅香檳。5年陳窖，珊瑚般的亮紅酒色，氣泡細緻優雅綿長；紅色苺果與燉煮草莓的新鮮香氣盈鼻。口感飽滿富層次，有黑醋栗與白蘭地酒漬櫻桃的韻味。

這款2012極佳年份的粉紅香檳，作為餐前開胃酒、搭配海鮮、紅白肉類，都非常討喜合宜。
