釀酒師 Alexis 將他的甜烈酒系列命名為 「APEIRON」，意思是「没有拘束的無限可能」。這些單一品種的甜烈 酒以其芳香分子，通過互相調和或是與其他元素離合，延展出無限樂趣，同時也考驗自己的調配天慰 。此款精緻的 Meunier 甜烈酒，是莊国最具代表的葡萄品種爾製而成。口威清爽，具有成熟桃子和杏乾的香氣，適合搭配起司或是巧克力風味的甜粘，與雪茄也很合拍。
