Le Grappin 系列的葡萄酒，是釀酒師夫婦致力 於開發在勃根地(Burgundy)地區有著好故事與品質，但卻被忽視、默默無聞的葡萄園，讓他們的葡萄有機會發揮真正的潛力。

由伯恩(Beaune)地區極佳的一級葡萄園 Les Gréves 中不到 1%的老藤夏多內釀造，非常珍貴難得。人工採摘，為了保持酒體的細緻優雅，將葡萄壓碎後慢慢壓榨，置放隔夜之後在橡木桶中自然發酵 11 個月。

• 冰鎮過後，用白酒杯，慢慢喝到回溫
• 果香飽滿，酸度明亮細緻，是一款可以慢慢品飲，隔日依然令人驚艷的勃根地Chardonnay 白葡萄酒
