Le Clos de Poiloux，來自Xavier的父親Aimé時代就被認為是莊園最好的地塊，目前只種植「黑皮諾」單一品種。採用2006年份葡萄，八年陳窖，初始有橡木與奶油溫潤厚實的香氣，接續出現焦糖、香草以及些微的白胡椒和乾燥水果的風味；口感豐盈有層次，酒感飽滿，酒體飽滿，尾韻煥然清新令人驚艷。

這款詮釋「黑皮諾」風土特色的高評價極品2006年份香檳，非常適合與美食及辛香料理搭配。
