Description

In its essence, Hygge (from Danish) means to create a pretty and intimate atmosphere, it is to taste the little things in life with loved ones. The warm light of a candle is hygge. Friends and family are hygge too. And let's not forget the pleasure of eating and drinking something in good company. 

Blend: 100% Meunier
Terroir: Troissy
Vinification: In stainless steel vats and barrels
Year: Harvest 2013
Aging in cellars: 4 years minimum
Dosage: 6 g / l

Tasting Notes: 
Eye: The robe is yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Elegant nose with floral notes (acacia) and fresh fruit, which then opens with aromas of toast.
Palate: The palate is greedy with aromas of ripe yellow fruits, pastries and buttery notes.
Tasting moment: An evening with friends, a moment with family, this ample and warm cuvée will be the ideal accompaniment to all the simple pleasures.
