Description

This is the historical cuvée of our estate. 

Blend: 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir (2/3 of vintage 2012 and 1/3 of old wines (reserve)) 
Vinification: In stainless steel tanks; we conserve our old wines in big oval barrels.
Disgorging: BRUT – 8 g/L

Tasting Note:
Eye: gold robe
Nose: Fresh aroma of fresh fruits, peach, apricot and pear.
Palate: Fresh attack. Subtle association between freshness and fruity.The fruity aroma dominate on the end.
Pairing Suggestions: This complex cuvée can be served with aperitif
