榮獲2017年度獨立葡萄種植者比賽金牌。旗酒師 Alexis 將他的甜烈酒系列命名為「APEIRON」，意思是「沒有狗束的無限可能」。這些單一品種的甜烈 酒以其芳香分子，通過互相調和或是奥其他元素融合，延展出無限樂趣，同時也考驗自己的調配天慰。此款精緻 Chardonnay 甜烈酒，擁有鳳梨的香氣與柑橘類的水果凰味，清爽順口，適合搭配開胃小點或是作為餐後甜酒，尤其和雪茄非常合拍。
