Winemaking:
The winemaking methods used a harvested at an optimal degree of maturaity, the grapes benefit from a delicate pressing and precise racking before the fermentation and aging operations on fine lees are intended to highlight the identity of the "Milly-Lamartine" terroir.

Consumption:
- Store wine in cellar at temperatures of 8℃ ~ 12℃
- Best consumed at chilled temperatures of 11℃ ~ 13℃

Tasting Notes:
Sparking golden yellow in color, this wine brings the light and cllors of Mâconnais Chardonnay at first glance. Its nose is sunny and combines, with infinite precision, yellow fruits (vine peach) with exotic fruits (mango, passion fruit). Intense and generous, he also knows how to play the card of finesse by subtly evoking nuances of acacia and broom. The attack is round, generous and delicious at will. The mouth is juicy, opulent but without excess. Enhanced with long notes of spices and liquorice, the finish is an invitation to pleasure.

Food and Wine Paring:
Sushi, Risotto with Prawns, Scallops, or Chicken Breasts with Cream
