Description

Florence Duchêne's origins are major in her life and as a "mestiza" herself, she wanted her cuvées to look her alike. The Champagne Florence Duchêne set up 3 new cuvées with Filipino-originated names: Di Mangan, Kalikasan and Bathala. They also are symbols from Philippine mythology and nature which is the pride of Filipinos.

We pay tribute here to Mother Nature, Kalikasan in Filipino. Nature is essential to our work and our lives.

Tasting notes:
"Full, inviting aromas of brioche, red apples and chestnut honey, and finely-textured, pleasantly nutty palate offering cranberry notes and intense limestone minerality."
