10年以上陳窖，混釀來自六個特級單一園的頂級夏多內葡萄。忠實而美妙地詮釋2007年度 Ambonnay 特級村的黑色（黑葡萄）風土特色。






均齡41年的老藤葡萄，自然動力法 (Biodynamics) 悉心栽種，充分尊重自然風土。






100%橡木桶釀造，不採用蘋果乳酸發酵，不過濾，保留原始風味，微補糖（Dosage）2g。






這個系列的年份香檳，釀酒大師 EricRodez 透過酒液，傳遞其對風土（terroir）的了解尊重，與對香檳釀製滿滿的熱情。品飲時感官上自然清新，華美細緻，充滿驚喜與快樂的靈魂。極其有限的產量，稀有而珍貴，值得收藏用以品賞極品香檳的真滋味。
