Description

Champagne with heart, this cuvee is full of generosity, combining power, great vinosity and finesse. Fruit from blending of macerated wines for the fullness, and Chardonnay for elegance and freshness. Average assembly is from 50-55% of reserve wines and 80% of wines produced in small barrels.
Colour marked by the maceration of Pinot Noir. The nose is complex, powerful, long, marked by "red berries". The palate is smooth, powerful, with hints of subtle oak.
