The single vineyard expression of a terroir. Vinified in small oak barrels, no malolactic fermentation, no industrial cold stabilizing and no filtering. Only the desire to preserve the origin.
This single varietal champagne from a single vineyard across two different Lieux-Dits is a solo artist whose only aim is to express the whole sensory diversity of a single parcel in the Ambonnay terroir. Biodynamic farming and aromatherapy amplify the mineral dimension.
