Description

Champagne of mind, this zero dosage cuvee combines power and strength with all the lace of a wine without added sugar. Blended from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, this wine is vinified 80% in small oak barrels and 30% reserve wine.
Champagne gold color with hints of yellow. Long, complex but also sensual, the nose has hints of white fruit, the palate is creamy with the final notes of exotic fruits helping in alliance between body and mind.
